1. “NEXAS” stands for “Sainik School Nagrota Ex Students Association” which will be a Trust & the same will be referred to as the 'Nexas'. The permanent office of the Nexas shall be situated at NEXAS, C/O Sainik School Nagrota, J&K, PIN 181221. However, a working office may be created subsequently at Jammu for the sake of ease and better coordination. In addition, a virtual office through website or mobile application may also be created for the members outside the state/UT and overseas members too.

2. Although, the NEXAS shall have its Head office at Jammu but it will be free to undertake suitable activities in other parts of World through its other representatives, nominated from time to time. The NEXAS is also free to undertake any other work, if necessary, when invited to do so by the Central or other State Government bodies or an Institution having objects similar to its own.
